Born April 10, 1947, Jersey City, NJ


Mother Ann Barth Osmundsen, Father, William Torger

EARLY YEARS: STUDIED ART with father William Torger Osmundsen, who studied at Cooper Union, NYC, NY.  Grandfather, Osmund Osmundsen, from Stavanger Norway, who was a Rigger and Yacht Captain inspired early love of the sea.
